This appointment is for anyone that needs someone to just listen that outside of "Your Box" to understand a clearer vision of your concern regarding balancing life and/or health. This IS NOT a Therapy Session, but a Health Coaching Session. Once scheduling this session, you will receive an email to ask a few questions, so I may best assist you during your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
Office must be notified 24 hours prior to set appointment via telephone 540.434.2495 or by responding to the notification email. Without notification you will be responsible and charged and will receive a payable invoice for a no show to your scheduled appointment.
